When our friends and fellow musicians Jon and Genesis (of Indie/Pop/Rock band Boy On Guitar) asked us to shoot their wedding, we were thrilled at the chance to do something we'd never done before! We didn't quite realize yet just how special it would be to record some of the most beautiful moments in a young couple's lives. Family surrounded the bride and groom on the banks of the Sacramento Delta in a private garden sanctuary at the Grand Island Mansion. As the bride and groom were officially announced, the mariachi band began to play from the mansion balcony and the newlyweds disappeared into the mansion together for the first time as man and wife. What an honor and a blessing to be part of such a beautiful day!
