Sheridan | Fashion Photography | California Mid State Fair

The California Mid State Fair is held here in my home town of Paso Robles every year.  It's the event that usually marks the peak of summer with the hottest days of the year, usually in the range of 100º-110º.  There are big name acts coming into town, large crowds from all over, carnival rides, livestock, and of course... the food!  Ambiance (a clothing boutique based in Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo) took this photographer and model Sheridan to the fair this year to show off some of their summer styles and fair fashion.  As you can tell by the photos, we were most attracted to the different food vendors!

Model Test | Olivia | Santa Barbara, California

Recently, a modeling agency I've worked with before out of Beverly Hills wanted to send one of their girls up to get some swimwear photos for her portfolio, so this photographer took hit the beaches of Santa Barbara for a model test photoshoot.  If you are interested, the bikinis that she is sporting are Calvin Klein, Victoria's Secret, and Maya Swimwear.

The idea for this fashion editorial was simple.  A girl, A bike, and not a single reason to stay.  Elsewear.  This fashion story was shot in San Miguel, CA and in Paso Robles, CA off of legendary HWY 101 with model Kristy, hair by Amanda Duckett, makeup by Candace Miller, styling by Andrea Patton, and clothing provided by Ambiance SLO.  Photographer - Patrick Patton Photography, shot on a Canon 5D Mark iii with a Sigma 85mm lens.

It's swimwear season, so I've been doing a lot of model tests lately to help models and agencies beef up their swim portfolios.  My last session was out at Montaña de Oro, California, one of my absolute favorite places for a photoshoot.  As a photographer, I am out here ALL.
